my body is Lactose intolerance :(

definition: inability to metabolize lactose, because of a lack of the required enzyme lactase in the digestive system (more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance ) or allergy towards lactose in food.

so i need to:

Avoiding lactose-containing products in large quantities (i added these part ;p i need to eat it sometimes, right?) :

such as: Milk, cheese, butter, ice cream T.T, yogurt..etc.

Examples of lactose levels in foods:
